Rose Pouchong Tea & Breakfast Sandwiches with Pu’er Tea in Drip Coffee
.
The fourth day of Advent Tea Calendar.
Served with a pairing of birthday plate, the cup and saucer. Recognize a larger sense of beauty, looking into myself, looking after myself, looking it back all the moments.
Also, the main part of this tea table was made out of Fine China. You could already get the point. Advent tea with Fine China, such an irresistible pairing. Designated as to a typical tea cup feature or not, either way.
As for the old fashioned vintage and antique pottery, it will come to the details some other time.

Easy and quick breakfast for a light option.
Unsweetened runny soy sauce washed smoked turkey cold cuts, a sunny side up egg without oil, fresh arugula cut in thirds and Garlic Sriracha sauce for a kick. You could just add a bit of kumquat juice/marmalade for a refreshing touch.
The olive ciabatta was just right for low fat friendly option, my partner’s favorite. He is really talented at this. Even though this ciabatta is not that moist or fluffy in itself, given the nutrition facts of that, it does work very nicely.
Pu’er tea(a.k.a. Pu-erh tea) could be one of nice ideas for drip coffee. Not that full bodied yet nutty, slightly sour and clear one would be the best. You could just choose lemon flavored tea.
Have you ever tried Pu’er tea with ciabatta? Pu’er tea goes really well with whole wheat/rye and whole wheat bread, particularly in case you use it for the sourdough batter as the earthy flavor of that, this is quite nice pairing too. Using the minimum amount of oil, it might be better. Fermented black olive chops will redeem nutty and catchy aftertaste. Give it a shot!
