Winter is eventually here to stay! I just saw snow blowers, again.ย 
For an all nighter. Thinking of my little sister ๐Ÿ‘ฏโ€โ™€๏ธ
A combination of authentic Soldiers and soft boiled eggs, it had been my little sister’s favorite snack for a very long time. Also, she had been into having sweetened/condensed milk coffee and biscuits together. But the rest of my own family has no taste for sweet treat at all, that’s one of the reasons I made this version. It’s for a great family time as everybody can enjoy the same thing at the same time.ย 
For sure, not alike naturally. Still, you could take it as another way for yet healthier options.
Just to note, my little sister’s favorite version settled down as to G7 pure black instant coffee for strong flavor instead of Robusta drip these days.

1. Whole Wheat Tortilla Soldiers
Cut tortillas into thin strips. I always didn’t use oil for slices additionally, you could have your way.
Make a good array of strips on a baking pan, preheat an oven to 320F.
Bake it for about 8 min. And then, adjust the heat to 374F. Keep it for about 2 min. Slightly brown strips will add up to a very pleasant snack time as caramel kind of flavor will come up in having them with this white milk. You should hold it at bay to avoid burnt food.

2. Peanut Butter Protein Powder in Chai Soy White Coffee
Firstly, this should be done to White Coffee. I mean, nothing like cafรฉ au lait. Lukewarm/warm serving will be the best. Don’t go hot serving, it could be separating in many cases. Curdles in coffee, it would be unpleasant for many people. In a similar vein, I highly recommend keeping it away from chocolate milk/whey isolated. If these are unfamiliar to you, you should think twice before you heat it up. Because pretty much well known for many people as one of the things people like or dislike.
I always use a combination of Robusta drip, warm and thick soy milk(which is not separated), lean peanut butter cookie flavored whey isolated and spice mix/blend for winter taste.

  1. If you have no option for thick soy milk, you could take soy milk powder diluted with lukewarm water. Skimmed or not, it will work nicely, either way, as a density of the outcome.
    As for the whey isolated, I’ve tried to avoid making it explicit the brand name of product I used, even implying, but there is no other options for this white milk. Lean, low sugar, milk/whey isolated, no lump, it’s so obvious. If you have a thing for smart and sensible eating in a whey isolate section, you already could seize the series name not even brand name. Is it what I think is? Go get it! It will never fail you as always.
    Lastly, using spice mix/blend. You could just choose pumpkin pie spice mix from your pantry. The thing is, bringing it out sort of winter flavor. Chai Masala mix is just an idea for that, not a mandatory ingredient.ย 
    Just to note, using cinnamon, nutmeg, mace and a bit of coriander, it will make it very catchy.ย

    3. Soft Boiled Egg
    Salt and pepper should be added in a boiling step. On that, I always use Adobo seasoning mix(which is no msg added) for better flavor. It seems nothing but trivial, it will apparently make a big difference though.
    If you have a taste for Spiceful Chinese Tea Leaves Egg(่Œถ่‘‰่›‹), you could take the egg for this composition. It will turn out nicely.
