Spinach Arugula Tofu Lasagna
It had been a little warmer for a while expected, but it’s shading into the last part of the bridge clearly. Let it snow ❄
Monday breakfast with time tested yumminess. I love leftover lasagna, swooning it over!
The lasagna top should be coated with perfectly reduced cheese. The savory crispy goodness very tightly done, that’s the whole point. If you cook it over the oven steaming, it will never get dried or tough at all. Adding a handful of Jalapeño peppers/black olive slices to the top. It would be a key to get a never gets tired lasagna, even for the leftover.
The first layer of lasagna could be served like a bit of Mille Crêpe, and then you would enjoy the rest of lasagna as often you have. It will be great.
Advent is coming! Just around the corner. Clearly a lot going on.
I drew it out my new 2020 calendar which had been already prepared at the beginning of this year, it’s for Christmas countdown as my own family tradition. With my Advent tea calendar, it will add up to my perfect Advent plan.
Otherwise, mainly, a good organization to a nice Christmas gifting 🎄🎁 Trivially, I just gave it to my phone the new wallpaper. It’s for aesthetic too.
As for the decorations, I’m not a Christmas lighting decoration enthusiast, particularly outdoor display wise, fortunately I have an overachiever. That’s the silver lining and too right option. Such a good fit for that, much more than an inside joke 🤭 Don’t tell him what I’ve planned, that’s the only way which never fails me!
