Nicely spiced beef stew with a super rich topping, anyone? It would yield a dish riddled with comfort. A wonder!

The major of staples. This is something that makes me feel like a laid back school girl and a super busy hard worker in the same breath.
Boeuf Carrotes should be made with cubed beef rather than ground beef. Turnips could give it a warming and comforting kick. With a bit of celery stems chopped, you could take a shot as to winter warmer dishes.
Couscous would be the very best accompaniment. If you have a room for starch food in a meal composition, you should try!

This batch was made with lingering veggies. All the time, a great way to use it up. Also, topped with mashed sweet potatoes and white cheese. It would be a good combination with savory stew, certainly another way to go. Specifically, the part of that, four different kinds of sweetness make it much more than plain savoriness, is super lush. I’d been swooning over it. No need to add sugar, even sugar substitutions at all. Still it would be great.
Besides wanting being lazy is going a pivot. It’s a useful idea to keep it low carb friendly too. After all such a cottage pie will work for a warming dinner sooner or later. No need to go rush.
Adding a bit of french mustard and celery stems chopped will be good for a rather likeable outcome.
