Carrot Walnuts Cupcake with Lemony Hibiscus Tea

A fluffy and moist carrot walnuts cupcake topped with a rich and creamy yogurt cream cheese frosting, anyone? Besides with lukewarm lemony Hibiscus tea, it never gets tired.
Reduced sweetness added up to a nice carrot cake. Nutty goodness for a perfectly dreamy contrast.

Processed sugar free. It was replaced by two different types of Allulose, granulated Stevia and a hint of Maltitol. On that, compensation wise, the cupcake was made with homemade apple sauce. Also, the butterless frosting was made with cream cheese and non fat yogurt.

This cupcake was made out of a little flowerpotish look added up to being lazy foodie feature. Fondant was substituted with parchment paper. Plus, it’s simply garnished with chewy Pandan cookie, cacao nibs, toasted chickpeas and pistachio nuts crumbs.

It was a just cupcake, not enough to remind the party in itself. Still It usually brings up a good reminiscence.
Carrot cake is one of the great achievements derived from a very old fashioned cry for a blissful sweetness. It’s an elegant way to enjoy the outcome of Maillard reaction too. It would be a real event to how good is going to be.
At times, It would be changed up to something better. Once It comes to me, I couldn’t get the better of it.
