For dinner.
St. Patrick’s Day would be likely to be a good reason eating Guinness stew, all the time great though. Stew Cook off is merely one of many ways to enjoy it.

Made from beef silverside small diced, garlic cloves chopped, onions chopped, whole shallots, whole tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, dried thyme, dried bay leaves, dried rosemary, tiny bit of ground coriander(not cilantro), carrots cut an angle, white radishes medium diced, water, dry red wine, fresh parsley, lemon juice, chopped fresh tomatoes, Guinness Stout, runny and unsweetened soy sauce, Modena Balsamic 25 year old, Kosher salt and ground pepper.

Worcestershire and potatoes are always out so that it would keep it low sugar friendly. Most of all, no added refined sugar and added oil additionally.
No bacon, no parsnip. Considering the whole balance, It’s with white radish and dried chives. Nothing like substitutions or compensation technically, but it does work all the time in the whole dish.
